Here is a tutorial on making napkin "cuffs" out of tooling foil. I did some tooling on aluminum foil for an art project in high school. It was hiding for years until hubby discovered it and had it re framed and hung in out bedroom. I don't love it there, but he does. So, oh well. I do like the tooling process and the antique look it has. It's pretty simple and the results are nice. Scroll down through her post about half way to get to the tutorial.
